1. GENERAL
This agreement applies to all users of the Didaseri mobile application ("Application"). By downloading the application, you agree to these terms.
2. PURPOSE
Didaseri is a mobile platform that allows users to receive symbolic and psychological interpretations by sharing their dreams in written form. It also offers features such as AI-powered dream generation and virtual currency (Didacoin) system.
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
- Users must use the application only for legal purposes.
- Sharing content containing insults, threats, sexuality or illegal content is prohibited.
- Users are responsible for the security of their accounts.
4. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
- Registration with email and password is mandatory.
- Account information must be accurate and current.
- The developer reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts when necessary.
5. DIDACOIN SYSTEM
- The in-app virtual currency Didacoin is used to access in-app services.
- Didacoins can be obtained by watching ads or through purchase.
- Virtual currency is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real money.
6. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Didaseri Premium subscription plan:
- Monthly Subscription: $4.99/month
- Subscriptions automatically renew and are charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To cancel auto-renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance from App Store Account Settings.
- Cancellation cannot be made during the active subscription period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
- You can use your App Store account settings to manage and cancel subscriptions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content, design and brand elements in the application belong to the developer. Cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
8. LIABILITY LIMITATION
The application is provided "as is". The developer cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, information deficiencies or incorrect interpretations. Didaseri is for entertainment and personal development purposes; it does not replace medical, legal or professional advice.
9. PRIVACY
User data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR/data protection laws.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
Didaseri reserves the right to make changes to these terms. The current text is presented within the application.
11. JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The parties accept the jurisdiction of Istanbul Central Courts.
